Never Sacrifice Sleep

Pulling an all-nighter is counterproductive. Sleep is when your brain consolidates information. Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep before a big exam.

Breathing Techniques

If you feel panic setting in during an exam, try the 'Box Breathing' technique: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. It resets your nervous system.
